Kokomo sits high above the azure waters of the Caribbean Sea in the beautiful British Virgin Islands. Away from the bustle of the main Island, Kokomo is perfectly placed on the hill-tip ridge of Great Camanoe Island, surrounded by natural beauty. With 270 degree views from the master bedroom, we enjoy spectacular views and amazing night skies thanks to minimal light pollution. A short dinghy ride away from Beef Island airport, the villa is a part of Indigo Bay plantation, a private residential estate with only twenty houses spread out over a hundred acres of pristine natural habitat.

Kokomo is an old-school Caribbean villa, open to the cooling tropical breeze, with 14' high ceilings throughout and extensive use of hardwoods and local rock for construction. The villa sleeps six in three en-suite bedrooms, each with its own secluded outdoor shower. The rental includes the use of our private dock in a sheltered marina a short drive down the hill, along with the use of a 15' RIB dinghy to get around and explore the surrounding islands, as well as the use of a Kawasaki 4-seater side-by-side vehicle. Please note that use of the boat is conditional on boat-handling experience, and requires signing our liability waiver form. Also worth noting is that there are no shops or restaurants on Great Camanoe, although there are several options within easy dinghy ride.
